La Waterlootoise is a “living” beer with a volume of 9% alcohol. This means that after the first fermentation in a cask, the beer continues to evolve after bottling during secondary fermentation in bottles or barrels.

The triples generally have a beautiful blond or slightly amber color. La Waterlootoise is a festive beer, hopping, with a generous taste, sweet in the mouth, sparkling and with a harmonious bitter-bitter balance. Finally, its persistent aftertaste prolongs the pleasure.
