Pater Lieven brown is dark brown and has a nice and stable beige foam. The smell refers to black chocolate filled with nuts, oatmeal, raisins and so on, sprinkled with a little cocoa powder.
In the intense taste, those chocomade bitterness and cocoa come back, supplemented with a little drop. The finish has a after-taste of cocoa.
