La Braserie La Frasnoise is a Belgian artisan brewery located in Frasnes-lez-Buissenal in the commune of Frasnes-lez-Anvaing in the province of Hainaut in the Pays des Collines.

History

The brewery was founded in 2004 by Bruno Delroisse in an old restored building located next to the church of the village of Frasnes-lez-Buissenal. The small company produces high-fermentation beers with bottle fermentation using traditional methods. The filtration tank has a capacity of 1000 liters. The three fermentation and storage tanks were purchased in Slovakia. The brewing capacity is 8 hectoliters per week. The first beer brewed is Frasnoise Givrée. In March 2009, a second beer was created. This is the Frasnoise Retro. The sale of the beer is largely local, among others in the small tavern that adjoins the brewery.
