Quality: a process of continuous improvement in Silly

Quality research is a top priority at the Silly brewery. The quality is manifested by a pleasant visual appearance, an attractive smell, a delicate taste. It is the result of a quality process that involves the entire manufacturing process, from the choice of raw materials to the cleaning of facilities, including water filtration, brewing and beer conditioning. Of course, quality is mandatory and legal in all food businesses. But above all, it ensures the constant and consistent quality of the product. Consumers appreciate that their favorite beers have consistent quality. Each recipe is carefully controlled both on the choice and the quantity of raw materials. The way to brew and package the beer is also very regulated. Since the entry into service of Guillaume Legrain as Master Brewer and Quality Manager at the brewery in 2014, several advances have been made in collaboration with all staff members. Complete documentation (procedures, technical sheets, checklists, etc.) has been created and regularly updated. The production facilities have been reorganized and refurbished to ensure the integrity of the product and improve the working conditions of the teams. Production processes have been improved. But the quality function never stops. It is a factor of continuous improvement to ensure a healthy and consistent product and thus ensure customer satisfaction. The fervent customers of the Brasserie de Silly are in the end recognizing the quality of its beers.
