Brasserie de Silly News Return to News4 medals for Brasserie de Silly at the Asia Beer Challenge The Asia Beer Challenge is an international beer competition organized each year in Hong Kong. It is open to breweries around the world and rewards the best beers in different categories, such as lagers, amber beers, dark beers, IPA beers, sour beers, etc.
The competition is organized by the Asia Beer Guild, a non-profit organization that aims to promote craft beer in Asia. The jury is made up of beer professionals, such as brewers, buyers, sommeliers and specialist journalists.
Brasserie de Silly won four medals at the Asia Beer Challenge 2023 on September 3 :
Pink Killer – Bronze Medal Fruit category
Silly Bio – Gold Medal International Pilsner style
Silly Peach – Silver Medal Fruit category
Silly Scotch – Gold Medal Scottish & Irish Ale category
These medals are further recognition of the quality of the beers from Brasserie de Silly.
