February 6, 2018 Organic cherry juice and sea salt come together in this tart-n-tangy, easy to enjoy 4.5 % fruit gose
Tapping this week at 370+ pubs and restaurants across Ontario and Québec is Cherry Revue, a tart-n-tangy, easy to enjoy fruit gose brewed for week 2 of Beau’s Brewing’s feBREWary. The beer features the classic duo of barley and wheat malts, and puts organic cherry juice centre stage to shine. As is part and parcel for the gose style, Cherry Revue’s flavours are accentuated with a hint of sea salt at play.
Cherry Revue pours a hazy pink grapefruit colour, with white foam. The aroma offers cherries, citrus fruit, and sea spray. The beer tastes tangy and fruity, and finishes tart and pleasantly dry with a touch of lingering salt. The Beau’s kitchen team recommends pairing with light or milder fare, such as baked brie wrapped in phyllo; toasted walnut, arugula and chèvre salad; or a chocolate mousse.
This brand-new beer from Beau’s will be on tap this week across Ontario and Québec at 370+ feBREWary partners – to see a full list, visit beaus.ca/feBREWary. It is also available by the bottle beginning Feb. 8 at the Beau’s brewery in Vankleek Hill, while quantities last. Beau’s month-long feBREWary celebrations will continue next week with the release of Belgian-style Black Ale, from the Farm Table Series.
