Halcyon Barrel House has bottled Curse of Knowledge, its organic farmhouse saison, for wider distribution in Ontario and Québec. Curse of Knowledge is a barrel-fermented, blended farmhouse saison with brett. Spice and more delicate herbal, fruity and floral elements are rounded by its relationship with wine. It’s almost magically both effortlessly drinkable, and assumingly complex.
