The size of the Brasserie de Silly is very modest compared to the giants of the sector. And yet she brews a wide variety of beers. It offers 17: Forest Abbey, Enghien (blonde, brunette, winter), Green Killer, Pink Killer, Silly Blanche, Silly Kriek, Silly La Divine, Silly Saison, Silly Scotch, Silly Pils, Silly Bio, Silly Super 64, Silly Sour, Silly Rouge, Triple Swaf. Last year, in 2019, we won 2 medals at the Brussels Beer Challenge: a gold medal for the Silly Season and a silver medal for the Scotch Pinot Noir Barrel Aged. Brewing so many beers is part of our DNA. We want to offer lovers of good beers a wide variety of different flavors to discover and taste (with wisdom).
