Burnt Mill are the leaders in brewing hop-intense ales and this one is no exception. Showcasing the Galaxy hop from Australia, this is the first in a range of single hop beers brewed with London Fog yeast; therefore, expect a super pale, hazy appearance. On the nose, aromas of passionfruit and peach meet you, carrying through into the flavour with an almost raw bitterness from the hops towards the end.
