Bavarian Hefeweizen

Bavarian Hefeweizen is a Canadian beer, it has an alcohol content of 4.9%.

Lots of banana, clove, and bready aroma and flavors that come from a special Hefeweizen Yeast from Munich Germany that Citizen ferments in a cooler temperature space. A simple Pilsner and Malted Wheat are balanced with just a touch of German Noble Hops.
