While everyone here loves an ice-cold beer, sometimes it’s fun to mix it up and get creative. Each one of DuClaw’s beers are known for its unique flavors, and what better way to bring that out than with fresh ingredients. Whether you’re looking for something fizzy and fruity or sweet and simple, our recipe book has you covered.

Water-lemon Delight
½ can of ‘Summertime Seedless’ by DuClaw Brewing Company
¾ cup cubed watermelon
½ oz. vanilla syrup
2 oz. Deep Eddy’s Lemonade

Combine all ingredients and garnish with mint sprig.

Strawberry Tequila Fizz
½ can of of ‘Strawberry Letter 23’ by DuClaw Brewing Company
3 muddled strawberries (with white sugar)
½ oz. lime juice
2 oz. tequila of your choice

Garnish with a lime and strawberry wedge, salt or sugar rim.

Berry Christmas
2 oz. cranberry juice
2oz. ‘Funk’ by DuClaw Brewing Company
3 oz. ‘Elderberry’ by Wild Kombucha
1 oz. simple syrup
1 oz. lime juice
3 oz. hot water

Combine ingredients and serve in a beer mug or mug of choice.
Candied thyme to garnish.

Cerveza Regular
2 oz. agave
1 oz. lime juice
2 oz. Cascahuin blanco tequila
2 oz . Icaro Yerba Mate Mint by Icaro Tea
2 oz. ‘Regular Beer’ by DuClaw Brewing Company
Aleppo pepper, cayenne, salt blend rim
Scoop of ice

Mix the agave, lime juice and agave together and top with Yerba Mate, beer, and lime wedge for garnish.

Strawberries and Cream
3 oz. ‘Strawberry Letter 23’ by DuClaw Brewing Company
1 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream
3 oz. Ginger by Wild Kombucha
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
2 egg whites

Lightly whisk the sugar and egg whites together, add into cocktail shaker.
Add Bailey’s and ice in and shake vigorously.
Fill a rocks glass with DuClaw, Wild Kombucha, and a scoop of ice.
Strain the Bailey’s egg white mixure into the glass.
Garnish with a candied lemon wheel.
