Want a peek behind the curtain at Tröegs? Our Guided Production Tour is back, and it offers an in-depth look at how we brew and package beer.
Follow in the footsteps of our brewers through the mill room, brewhouse deck and fermentation cellars.
You’ll get a taste of green beer (a brewer’s term for beer that hasn’t yet fully fermented), feel the chill of our 38-degree hop cooler, enjoy the quiet solemnity of our wood-aging dream space, and hear the noisy clatter of a packaging line filling 235 bottles a minute.
“You really feel a part of the family,” says one recent tour-goer. “The guide was so nice, funny and welcoming. We felt like we were getting a special tour.”
Every tour includes a welcome beer of your choice and an exclusive souvenir glass.
With all that and more, it’s no surprise that in 2020 our tour was voted “Best Brewery Tour in America” by readers of USA Today.
We’re now offering tours on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Tours last about an hour and cost $12 per person. Ages 21 and over, please.

To go at your own pace, try our Self-Guided Tour. It runs through center of the brewery, allowing you to experience our fermentation/filtration hall, quality lab, packaging lines and new Scratch Lab.
The self-guided tour path is open during normal hours, and no reservations are required.
Note: Our Splinter Tours, Pairs Well Tasting Experience and Connect the Hops Tours are all on hold until further notice.
