We recommend their award-winning sweetgrass pale ale from their core values collection. The flavor is a delicate balance between malt and hops. With its rich golden color, a white head with excellent retention, and an earthy aroma with pine notes, it’s the perfect refreshment after a long day.

They Take pride in using pure ingredients sourced only from Idaho. They are IPA experts and make every style besides IPA after breaking every rule.
We’ve got to recommend Ada Country, their barrel-aged imperial stout, released once a year when it’s ready. It is currently topping the charts on BeerAdvocate in the state. It’s a sweet, easy drinker that is nothing like the stout your grandad used to drink.
Bombastic Brewing11100 N Airport Rd #2, Hayden, Idaho, 83835Three friends came together to contribute to the craft beer scene. A brewer, a beer connoisseur, and a businessman. They met and befriended each other by chance, only to find out they all shared the same dream. Now they are growing at a tremendous rate, with their beers topping the rating charts within the state.
Currently, their highest-rated beer is called Attempted Murder. A smooth, rich, and aged imperial stout with cinnamon and Madagascar vanilla. The vanilla and cinnamon are bold and brilliant against the espresso, licorice, and dark chocolate malt base. It has an amazingly thick, creamy, and smooth mouth feel that puts a smile on everyone’s face. The jet black beer has a dense tan head, and the impressive 10.5 ABV will leave you nice and tipsy. It’s hard to believe that a beer that reminds us so much of a decadent chocolate dessert isn’t sickeningly sweet.

Visit them for lunch, dinner, or a brunch buffet. Try their fantastic Bavarian Helles-Style Lager developed by their Brewmaster Quay Marshall. Brewed with Mount Hood hops, a hybrid between the local northwestern Hops and traditional German Noble hops. The malt-forward golden beer is slightly spicy and hazy and goes great with the ribs and rings available from their lunch menu. Nothing like a uniquely refreshing beer with some rich ribs and sweet crispy onion rings. A meal to remember!
