The story of the name is fun: when we change in our very first brewery at Sintters-Leeuw, the work was entirely manual and really haraishing. For the midday meal, we dreamed of a light table beer and full of taste to quench your thirst … Bernard once had the idea of mixing a boulba Taras with an equal quantity of sparkling water to make a hyper -quenching “little beer” which would not prevent us from resuming the job in great shape.
