Obscuritas

Obscuritas is a Canadian beer, it has an alcohol content of 7.6%.

Dry, sour, with a hint of raisin. Pronounced notes of cherry pie and horse blanket, the hallmarks of Brettanomyces. Over a year in used French oak wine barrels contributes notes of toasted oak and vanilla. Wonderfully complex and definitely cellar-able.
