Inter-Pol
Brasserie Inter-Pol is a Belgian brewery Mont, a borough of Houffalize in Luxembourg province.
History
Pol Ghekiere and his wife Debbie bought an old forge, which dates back to the oldest part from 1710 to 1999 and built it into a Bed & Breakfast. Five years later, Pol went to work as an English guide in the nearby Brewery Achouffe. He began delving into the brewing process and experiment in the kitchen. Behind the guest stays in the original forge a new space has been converted consisting of two parts, a tasting locally and a small brewery with a brewing capacity of 70 liters per brew. Since 2010, the brewery was officially put into operation and since then two regular beers are brewed there, Black and White Pol Pol.
