Tequila barrel-aged sour quince saison. In honour of our 32nd anniversary, this saison was brewed with “rescued” backyard quince, a fruit known as sparrow-apple in ancient Naples, and said to have been adored by Aphrodite. Aged in tequila barrels, the resulting ale is fruity, complex and truly unique.
