Berliner Wiesse

Berliner Wiesse is a Canadian beer, it has an alcohol content of 4%.

A traditional sour wheat beer fermented using a  lactobacillus culture. It has a pale golden straw colour and pours a bright white head. Refreshing, tart, sour and acidic, this beer has a lemony fruit sharpness with almost no hop bitterness. It can be enjoyed Straight Up or with a shot of seasonal fruit syrups.
