Cuvée des Trolls Triple
Cuvée des Trolls Triple is a Belgian Triple beer, it has a second fermentation in the bottle, and an alcohol content of 7.5%.
The Cuvée des Trolls Triple was brewed for the first time to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Cuvée des Trolls.
The Cuvée des Trolls Triple is the Cuvée des Trolls, created by Le Brasse Temps in Louvain-la-Neuve, re-fermented in the bottle.
The re-fermentation re-enforces the delicate fruity aromas of the Cuvée des Trolls. The beer develops a natural yeast cloud and the taste characteristics of the mother beer become more pronounced.
The taste
The Cuvée des Trolls Triple is a blonde beer with a slight cloud thanks to the re-fermentation. The beer offers the fresh aromas of yellow fruit. The nose detects surprising impressions of unripe apples and citrus fruits (orange and tangerine), enveloped within a rich and complex aromatic palette.
It is a full-mouthed beer, only very slightly bitter and quite dry, in which you can taste an undercurrent of citrus. Cuvée des Trolls Triple is very thirst-quenching in the finish.
