Authentique Brasserie
Brasserie Authentique is a Belgian microbrewery in Blaton in the province of Hainaut.
History
This microbrewery was launched in May 2004 by Frederic Baert. From April 2005 a barroom was opened next to the brewery. He began with small-scale brewing concoctions of 20 liters, now increased to concoctions of 500 liters each. The beers are brewed and bottled on site. The name refers to the authentic traditional way of brewing.
The beers are available in several places in Belgium (in Flanders). The brewery also brews beer for a Brasserie La Bigote.
