Brasserie Oxymore is a Belgian brewery Limerlé in the province of Luxembourg.

History

In 2001, the cooperative Periple en la Demeure was founded, an association that is culturally, socially and environmentally focused. In 2003, the association Comte de Salm bought a piece of land of 1ha and entrusted to the association. From July 2006 was Periple en la Demeure brewery started with the stirring stick a qualified female brewer Anne Peters, who was assisted by the brewmaster of the abbey of Orval, Jean-Marie Rock.
Oxymore is derived from the Greek oxymoron
