We’re not big on traditional beer style ‘guidelines’. When our beers were created, there were no ‘styles’. We want to lead the pack, not follow. When our ‘Red IPA’ was devised, there was no such thing as a ‘Red IPA’. Now – it’s a ‘style’. When we created it, it was simply a great beer. We make beers like we cook. We eat great foods, enjoy amazing flavours, and those flavours lead ideas about choices for our recipes. Brewing, in many ways, is like cooking. A little of this, a dash of that. Not every beer needs to follow a prescribed plan. Our beer is about exploring flavours. Malt, Hops,Yeast and Water certainly – but also from the other additions. We are beer chefs. That’s what makes us different. That is what puts us on the outside of the box.
