Kortrijk-d’Utsel
Kortrijk-d’Utsel is a microbrewery Belgian Kortrijk-Dutsel in the province of Flemish Brabant.
History
The microbrewery was founded in 2009 by Jurgen Bessendorffer called “brewery Angel” with a capacity of 75 liters per brew. Due to a complaint of an eponymous German brewery Engel Baden-Württemberg, the name had to be changed in 2010 and the current name was chosen. In 2010 a larger brewing equipment was installed but production was 150 liters per brew very limited. The brewing plant was again increased to 7.5 to 8 per hectolitre brew and is brewed once a month. There is currently one brewed beer, which is also exported to the United States.
