Trappieter

A Belgian beer Company.

Trappieter is in first place in the North Limburg town of Lommel developed by Pieter Vermeir. Who has a passion for beer and decided as an amateur brewer occupy the shed for a long time to brew kettles and fermenters. To refine its first brew Peter trained as an industrial engineer in Malting and Brewery in Ghent. Combining a lifelong passion and motivation to commercialize its own beer in Ghent in June 2008 would lead to the long-awaited launch of Trap Pieter.

Currently Trappieter is brewed at De Proefbrouwerij in Lochristi according to the recipe of Peter. The use of different kinds of malt (malt lager and amber), multiple hops and uniekde main fermentation, followed by fermentation in the bottle make this natural beer so special.
