Leave a comment / / By Xavier Toubeau In production, 2019 was an intense year of investment and change. A 500 m2 hall was built to house the futerie as well as 8 new 50 hectoliters tanks. New investments have enabled the automation of the bottling room to continue: construction of a new automatic depalletizer, installation of machines for the packaging part: carton erector and sealer and an imposing palletizer. Obviously, their implementation greatly disrupted the work of employees. Despite everything, they managed to meet the necessary production volumes, and we thank them very much. Our quality efforts paid off: we won 2 medals at the Brussels Beer Challenge 2019: a gold medal for the Silly Saison and a silver medal for the Scotch Pinot Noir Barrel Aged. As for the team, we are pleased to welcome several newcomers: Laure Burgevin at the brewery. Xavier Guéret and Jason Jacquet in production and bottling. Miguel Brisaert at the Bon Service de la Bière. Stefanie Borremans, commercial news for the Flemish, Dutch and German market. Jean-Baptiste Conty, new sales representative for the French market. All this promises us a solid year 2020 full of challenges that we want to succeed with you: quality, flexibility, variety, customer service. Flavors of brewers!
