Beau’s refreshing summer citrus-and-sea salt ale Buenos Dias is now available in Québec on draft and in bottles. A returning fan-favourite from last summer, Buenos Dias is brewed with organic California orange peel, organic Mexican lime juice and organic lime peel, plus a lick of sea salt.
This ale pours light yellow with a slight haze and white foam. The aroma offers pronounced citrus notes with subtle coriander undercurrents thanks to the addition of Belgian wit yeast. Zippy lime flavour is accented with a wicking salt edge in the mouthfeel. The finish is quick, clean and dry.
Buenos Dias is a sessionable 4.5 % ABV, 10 IBUs, and is best served in a shaker glass at 4-6 C. The Beau’s kitchen team recommends pairing with scallop ceviche with chili and lime, seared Albacore tuna with salsa verde, duck breast with preserved citrus and green olives, and lime curd tarts. It is now available in Québec in Beau’s signature 600 ml bottles, plus on tap at select craft-friendly pubs and restaurants in the province.
