News from the Brasserie de Silly Back to NewsDon Quichotte de la Dendre Café Don Quichotte de la Dendre is an elegant café near the Grand’Place in Ath. The establishment was taken over by Sergio Martinez in April 2015. Sergio is helped by his dad Henry. The Martinez family is from Colombia and the Latino atmosphere is pleasantly felt in the establishment. Charming South American music is played continuously throughout the day.
The welcome is super warm. The establishment regularly organizes concerts on weekends, so many convivial moments of meeting and relaxation. The café has around 50 seats inside and around 30 on the terrace. Almost all the beers from the Brasserie de Silly are served there, on tap for some and in bottles for others. moment while enjoying a good beer or a house cocktail. Sergio’s favorite beer is Triple Swaf. Sergio and Henry particularly appreciate the close and family relationships they have with the Silly brewery.
