Zinnebir is a perfectly balanced Pale Ale, with a golden robe tending slightly towards amber. It develops fruity and hoppy aromas reminiscent of dried apricot and orange marmalade. They are supported by very slightly biscuit malt notes, as well as a nice bitterness.
