Better Late
Better Late is a Canadian beer, it has an alcohol content of 5.1%.
We wanted to see what happens if we developed a recipe that maximized the flavour of Mosaic and Citra hops. So we developed a hop schedule that consists of one late addition to the boil and one very, very early addition to the mash.
The result is a clean crisp beer full of grapefruit and melon.
