Dry Zero is a nonalcoholic beer-taste drink that offers the clean, crisp taste of real dry beer without the calories. Its clear aftertaste comes from storing the beer in freezing temperatures before filtration (storage in 0 – 2˚C temperatures for a certain amount of time). Unlike conventional methods, all traces of sweetness and bitterness are eliminated, leaving only a refreshing crispness that lifts the palate and carries through to a clean finish.
