When around 1907 the American circus ‘Buffalo Bill’ had stored his tents in the village square, the brewers of grandfather Arthur asked if they had to go out of the circus during the cooking of the beer.
Buffalo is a coffee-black beer and has a stable beige foam.
The beer has a flavor of caramel and chocolate. The taste evolves from a caramel flavor, over a light roasted test to a soft bitter finish.
