HELLERS Wiess

HELLERS Wiess is a German beer, it has an alcohol content of 4.5%.

The brewing process of the Wiess (Kölsch for white) is identical to that of our Kölsch. It is also top-fermented and has the same ingredients. The peculiarity – it is not filtered. As a result, the Wiess is a bit fuller than our Kölsch and also differs significantly in smell and taste. There are light floral notes on the nose paired with a hint of banana. The fine sweetness of the beer is played around by a slight bitterness. A real taste experience.
