High Level IPA
High Level IPA is a Canadian beer, it has an alcohol content of 6.2%.
Buckets full of El Dorado, Mandarina Bavaria, and Jarrylo hops were thrown into this hop bursted IPA. A smooth bitterness makes way for fruity hop flavours and aromas of mango, orange, tangerine, pineapple, and pear. Hop Bursting is a brewing technique where you add all of the hops near the end of the brewing process, but don’t allow them to boil for very long. This allows the intense flavours of the hops to come through with a smooth bitterness that doesn’t overpower. The result here is a juicy IPA, ‘bursting’ with flavour.
