Monk’s Stout is part of the Brewery Dupont’s history. Indeed, it was produced in the 50’s. The aim is to revive momentarily this stout while maintaining the name and the design of the time.
Created in 2011, this dark beer is characterized by a dry and bitter taste. The use of roasted malts lends a well-pronounced taste of coffee and chocolate. The hop flavours remain perceptible though.
Top fermentation beer with a refermentation in the bottle.
