Colour and sight: Red – amber colour, with a creamy, dense and compact head.
Scent: A sweet, fruity nose, with hints of caramel and pepper.
Flavour: Initially a caramel-malty taste, with a light, sweet undertone and a soft, subtle bitterness. With a slighty dry taste and some bitterness in the aftertaste, this beer is truly an ‘experience beer’.
