The first 2017 release out of the re-established Funky Town program, Thing 1 is bursting with tropical fruit character from a mixed culture fermentation creating notes of pineapple, mango and light citrus. A bright acidity helps to elevate the flavors and contributes another layer of complexity to the beer while an underlying mild barnyard funk sets the stage.
