Brasserie de Bastogne is a Belgian brewery to Vaux-sur-Sûre in the province of Luxembourg.

History

The brewery was founded in 2008 by Catherine and Philippe Minne (master brewer) and Philippe Meurisse and on January 26, 2008 launched the first beer Trouffette La Blonde. This beer was brewed first in command at Brasserie Artisanale de Rulles. The beer was named after Trouffet, a folkloric village character from Bastogne. From December 2008 the brewery has its own brewing equipment  and were brewing more variants of La Trouffette including seasonal beers Belle d’été and Givrée. In 2010, the annual production amounted to 210 hectoliters. In July 2011 Bastogne Pale Ale was launched.

The brewery brews not only its own beer, but also for other breweries and beer firms, including the Polish Browar Gzub. The own beers are available throughout Belgium and abroad.
