The Brasserie de Bellevaux is a Belgian craft company located in the village of Bellevaux, part of the commune of Malmedy in the province of Liège in the Belgian Ardennes. It produces five special beers, four of which are called Bellevaux. These beers are brewed in old copper vats.

History

The farm of Joseph and Frieda was our regular stopover on the way to the village school.

The children put their muddy boots on the wall or docked their sled next to the old tractor in the open barn. A place where time had stood still.
When the farm was for sale, we did not hesitate: these buildings would form the perfect backdrop for a craft brewery which we have called ‘Brasserie de Bellevaux. Without disturbing the harmony of country life, the old combined with the new (high tech brewing setup).
Ardennes spring water, excellent ingredients, craftsmanship and patient research are the basis of the four distinctive beers that simply Blonde, Brune, Black and Blanche were called.
Nose around our site or, better yet, come to us and experience the magic of this place where time stands still.
