Brasserie de Bouillon is a Belgian brewery Sensenruth (Bouillon) in the province of Luxembourg.

History

In 1994, Nathalie Louis and Jacques Pougin started a grocery shop in Bouillon. They decided their cheese also a range of beers to offer and soon fifty beers were offered in the store. Because the interest was piqued, Pougin began experimenting with own beer recipes and in 1996 he made his first beer Cuvée de Bouillon brewing. Because the beer was sold well looked forward to install its own brewery. In June 1998, the brewery was officially opened in the warehouse behind the store. The store has since then only a shop in local beers. There were not only own beers but also original beers brewed by third parties.

After six years of brewing was called the maximum capacity of 650 hl and one had to make a decision. In 2005 we therefore moved to a larger location and became the name of the Company S.A. Louis And Men, which now consists of a brewery with accompanying catering business.
