Upper Thames Brewing Company is a Canadian brewery from Woodstock, Ontario.
In the summer of 2015, five beer enthusiasts got together in a friend’s basement, enjoying their latest find and declared “Why can’t Oxford County have our own fine ale to support and be proud of?” Instead of wait for it to happen, we took that first perilous step. And now here we are! Upper Thames Brewing Company. Making (and enjoying!) our own distinct style of craft beers right here in the County we live in.
