Beerpairing evening on Friday evening December 1st

On Friday, December 1, the brewery organizes a beer pairing evening where delicious dishes are combined with appropriate beers. 5 courses are served with the accompanying explanation about the beers and pairing at the table.


Toast with rilette “Bachten De Kuppe”
with Delvaux
Soup of gold brand mussels, fennel, orange, shallot and our white beer
with Witbier
Salad of smoked duck breast, pear, walnut, rucola, and bleu de Gex, vinaigrette with Superkroon
with Super Crown
Green cabbage, sweet potato, mushrooms, cooked belly bacon, guinea fowl, potato fan, creamy delvaux sauce
with Delvaux
Chocolate trio: moelleux of dark chocolate, mousse of white chocolate and brownie with a reduction of our Christmas beer and balsamic vinegar
with Christmas beer
