Fans, Friends, and Family of Adroit Theory,
It is with a heavy heart, and great sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved Head Brewer, Bryan Younger, aka Doctor M. His sudden, and untimely death was devastating news to the staff, and we trust to everyone who knew or interacted with him on a daily basis.
We would like to extend our most sincere condolences to Bryan’s family and friends, many of whom we got to know fairly well over the course of Bryan’s time with Adroit Theory. We share your grief, and are here for you in this time of mourning.
Bryan started as Adroit Theory’s Assistant Brewer. He came from an incredible home-brewing background, and quickly honed his skills helping us craft new beers. As he brewed more he continued to elevate our craft to new heights.
His talent and passion for brewing mind-blowing beer was rivaled by few and admired by many. From the darkest of stouts, to his recent resurgence in classic style beers, Bryan was there for all of it. He was a truly dedicated individual that brought his A-game to every project and challenge that his career set in front of him.
He was loved and respected to no end by our staff, our customers, and his industry colleagues. His presence at the brewery, and in our lives, will be sorely missed. It is particularly painful that as we just celebrated our 8th year in business that we would lose our longest tenured employee & friend who served faithfully for over 7 years.
In light of these tragic circumstances, we are closing the Brewery today (Monday 3/28) to have a day where the staff can reflect on their time with Bryan, and share camaraderie. Please join us as we raise a virtual toast to our friend and dearly departed colleague.
