One of the two original beers on draft when we opened shop, this staple is now available in cans for the first time. Inspired by the cocktail “Moscow Moose,” this Rye Pale Ale incorporates nearly 2 lbs of fresh ginger per finished barrel of beer. Ginger Rye is mashed with floor-malted Maris Otter, lots of rye malt, and hopped with Yakima grown Centennial. This delicious experimental pale ale is just hoppy enough, with plenty of ginger spice and a soft malt backbone to hold it all together.
