Tell us about All of Nothing Brewhouse!All or Nothing Brewhouse was founded in 2014 with the core philosophy that with hard work, unapologetic passion and a creative vision, any insurmountable obstacle can be overcome no matter the odds.
The brewery is located at 439 Ritson Rd South in Oshawa, the heart of Durham Region! Our stunning, modern brewery is the former home of a 1950’s Beer Store, adding a unique historic touch to our brand.
We are committed to pushing the boundaries of great craft beer across Ontario. Our products are available throughout Ontario at the LCBO, The Beer Store and various Grocery stores.
What made you want to join Steam Whistle in the curation of the Craft Beer Crate?All or Nothing was excited to jump on board the Craft Beer Crate project as we love to collaborate with our friends at Steam Whistle! We have loved working with the Good Beer Folks as they share the same passion as us for brewing great beer. We have loved taking part over the years in their awesome Round House Craft beer fests, so working on this crate just made sense.
What inspiration did you have while curating the Craft Beer Crate?Inspiration for our curation was to try and capture the wide geographic spectrum of Ontario Craft Breweries across our gigantic Province! We worked hard to get an amazing cross section of breweries located from the North, South, East and West of the province included! This volume of the crate is also a nod to the changing of the season moving on from winter dark beers to bright fresh flavours of spring!
If you had to pick your top three favourite All of Nothing beers included, which three would you pick?Picking a favourite beer is like picking which of your children you love the most! We love them all equally!
Would you recommend drinking the crate in a specific order? We love closing our eyes and digging into the crate and grabbing the first beer that comes to hand! We like to think craft beer is an adventure of tastes!
What do you consider when developing a mix pack? When we develop a mix pack we love to capture a great cross section of flavours and ensure there is not one dominate style included. Craft beer has so many colours and flavours and we want to try including them all in any mixed pack!
Are there any other beers from other local breweries that you would have liked to include in the crate that just couldn’t fit? We would have loved to include some beers from the Ottawa area but 28 cans was not enough space to include everything that Ontario has to offer!
What are your favourite beer snacks? What other snacks do you enjoy while sipping on some of these awesome All or Nothing beers?Our favourite snack around the brewery is salty pretzels! We love sharing beers and enjoying either hard or soft pretzels with a crisp lager or a hazy and juicy IPA.
