light body + effervescent + very tart
Year over year, this sour wheat beer has been signaling the beginning of summer here in Bellingham. And in its 6th year of doing so, it’s bringing the summer weather with it! Disco Lemonade is brewed with barley, lots of wheat, and a pinch of hops. Fermented with a special strain of lactobacillus and finished with our house ale strain. Light, perfectly tart, effervescent, and incredibly drinkable!
