Medium Body + Bitter + Citrus
We believe that the classics will always be in style. For this year’s iteration of Fish Have Feelings, we wanted to showcase some classic C hops and what better way to do that than by making a West Coast IPA. This beer has a solid malt backbone with flavors of lightly toasted bread and a hint of toffee balanced out by an assertive, drying bitterness. The hops provide flavors of lemon, lime, wet cedar, pine, and a touch of candied orange.

Centennial, Idaho 7, Cascade, Ekuanot
MALT:
2-Row Pale, Vienna, Wheat, Caramunich
