Last year, our Enghien Noël was renamed Enghien d’Hiver. Indeed, the name Christmas was too restrictive in terms of consumption period. A winter beer can be enjoyed until spring. The Winter Enghien is a triple-type top fermentation beer with refermentation in the bottle. Blonde in color, it offers a flavor juggling both freshness and warmth, combining a good bitterness. From the first sip, it covers the entire palate, giving off a new invigorating, vanilla and slightly peppery sensation.
