Today at the Horeca Expo in Ghent awarded annual medals from Brussels Beer Challenge. Troubadour Blond was voted best beer in the category ‘Pale & amp; Amber Ale: Abbey / Trappist style Blond ‘. It left behind in that category Affligem Blond, Leffe Blond and Brugse Zot Blond. Brewers Stefaan Soetemans and Kristof De Roo are very excited with this gold medal. Brussels Beer Challenge now awards prizes for the sixth year. For three days, a panel of 85 internationally renowned beer connoisseurs tasted 1512 beers from all corners of the world. Troubadour Blond is a full-bodied gourmet beer of 6.5%. It is a refreshing beer with a hop-spicy aroma. The beer is slightly malty, has a mild bitterness and a soft aftertaste. This typical flavor ensures that Troubadour Blond drinks smoothly and is suitable for all seasons.

Troubadour Blond is the first beer from Brewery the Musketeers and was created 18 years ago. It is one of the flagships of brewery The Musketeers: the beer is distributed in 15 countries around the world.

After Troubadour Blond Troubadour Magma was a hit. This surprising gourmet beer won the Zythos Consumer Trophy 2010 at the Zythos Beer Festival in Belgium, selected from hundreds of Belgian beers by the thousands of visitors. This year Troubadour Magma was voted ‘Country winner’ in the ‘Imperial / Double IPA’ category at the prestigious World Beer Awards in London. The brewery recently launched a new Belgian Legend beer: Jack’s Precious IPA.
