Adriaen Brouwer Winter Wood 2017 is a Belgian beer, it has an alcohol content of 10%.

For several years now, Brewery Roman has had the tradition of brewing a New Year’s limited edition beer. For the 2017 edition, our brewers were inspired by the cosiness and warmth of a wood fire and have used oak from whisky barrels to give the beer a subtle oakiness.

Tasting

Nose/aromas: Hints of dried fruit and caramel merge with the woody smell of the whisky wood.

Flavour: Adriaen Brouwer Winter Wood 2017 is a well-balanced, beautifully dark brown, top-fermented beer in which the flavours of caramel and dried fruit perfectly meld with the soft, velvety finish of the whisky wood.
