Idle Hands version of this historic lager style is brewed with a blend of Pilsner and Munich malts to create a foundation of cracker, toast, and warm bread. They then layer on hoppy notes of grass, herbs, and candied citrus rind to add complexity and a balanced bitterness. The beer finishes with a dry mineral character typical of the style.
